24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments is very important to me at Bobby Pin Beauty Studio, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

  •  Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Any  service must be held with a credit card. Any service not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

HAIR RE-DO POLICY

If You Are Not Entirely Satisfied With Your Color And Cutting Service, Please Call And Schedule A Complimentary Redo Within Three Days. The Redo Policy Doesn’t Cover A Change In The Style Or Color. Full Service Price Applies After Three Days. All Guarantees Will Be Determined By Me. I Do Not Offer Refunds For Any Hair Services.

I Will Not Be Liable Nor Redo Hair Color That Has Been Done Outside Of My Salon.  Corrective Color Usually Requires More Than One Service To Achieve Desired Results.  Because Of The Nature Of Home-Coloring Products, I Cannot Guarantee Color Services If The Client Has Previously Had Color Done Outside Of My Salon.
